She previews listings for you, arranges for virtual showings via video, can take you on a virtual drive around the neighborhood and will provide area details pertaining to transportation, shopping, schools. She shares vendor recommendations for any necessary inspections an provides you with introductions to appropriate professionals such as local title companies, attorneys, financial planners, etc.
