Over the past few years, we have assisted Sellers and Buyers from as far away as Mexico, Switzerland, Bangkok and more. We have established quite a niche specialty with our representation of 'Out-Of-Area' clients and have created an exclusive process that focuses on keeping our clients informed every step of the way.  We believe that setting expectations, explaining the process, paying attention to the details and constant communication are imperative. We take the extra steps necessary to ensure that all aspects of the transaction are handled exactly to your specifications.  Some of the tools we use include task checklists, spreadsheets, shared documents & folders, on-site video meetings, electronic signature platforms, and if necessary, remote notary services.

We've created a Buyer's 'Purchase Concierge Program' that is available to all of our Buyer clients, whether you're currently here now in the Bay Area or hoping to eventually relocate here; if you're out-of-the area, we added extra details to explain what you can expect from us while we act as your local advisor and virtual property tour guide. We preview listings for you, arrange for virtual showings via video, can take you on a virtual drive around the neighborhood, give you area details pertaining to transportation, shopping, schools. We share our vendor recommendations for any necessary inspections, provide you with introductions to appropriate professionals such as local title companies, attorneys, financial planners, etc.
