Just Sold! Last week I closed a deal representing the buyers of a lovely ocean view cottage in the West Marin town of Bolinas, CA. This quaint brown-shingle beach cottage is just a few short blocks to the historic “downtown” area of Bolinas and the close to the Brighton Beach steps. From the deck there are views of the Pacific and San Francisco in the distance. The property had been on the market for a very long time due to unmotivated sellers and numerous other challenges such as tenants, incomplete lot splits & utility easement puzzles. Luckily, my buyer clients loved the house enough to persevere through months of negotiations with surveyors, title company advisors, attorneys and reluctant sellers & we finally closed the deal after months of hard work. Congratulations to the new owners, my clients Chrysanthe & Jason, who in addition to celebrating the purchase of their beach house, are also welcoming their first baby daughter any day now!
