Just Sold for under asking! Last week my buyer clients Myron & Sonya closed escrow on a great 1bedroom view condominium at the desirable Symphony Towers building (aka 750 Van Ness). Currently living full-time in Santa Fe, New Mexico, these clients have family in the Bay Area and wanted a second home here so they could visit more often. We corresponded on-line for over a year and viewed properties every few months when they were here visiting.



During their most recent April trip, we toured #1205 and realized that it met all of their search parameters: secure elevator building, private in-unit laundry & deeded parking. The best part? Amazing views of the City skyline. We made an offer and it took a little back & forth to come to an agreement, but when it was all said & done this deal closed escrow for under asking – now, how rare is that these days?
